Sealed Knot Civil War Re-enactment

Saturday 2nd July 2016 - Sunday 3rd July 2016

To mark Charles 1’s imprisonment at Holdenby in 1647, there will be a re-enactment by The Sealed Knot entitled ‘ Holdenby 1647.  Battle to save a  King. ‘  A Living History camp, weapons displays and scenes from Charles’ imprisonment will culminate in a battle by some 2,000 soldiers.  The House will be open both days.

The event takes place on both days from 10:30 to 4pm with the battle taking place at 2pm.

The house will be open from 11am - 3pm 

Admission prices:   Adult ticket:£8 Battle only, Adult ticket £10 House and Battle

      Child ticket: £6 Battle only, Child ticket £8 House and Battle 

      Family ticket:£22 Battle only, Family ticket £25 House and Battle 

      (family tickets are 2adults+2children)

 

PLEASE NOTE ALL HISTORIC TRUST AND ASSOCIATION MEMBERS WILL NEED TO PAY ADMISSION TO THIS EVENT AND THE HOUSE
