Sunday 3rd May 2015 - Monday 4th May 2015
The Northamptonshire branch of the Hardy Plant Society are holding their Annual Plant Fair at Holdenby House on early May Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday in 2015.
With over 20 specialist nursery stalls with a wide selection of plants this is the ideal place for plant enthusiasts to come and buy plants from local nurseries and stockists.
Whichever day you choose to visit this is a wonderful day out with entrance to the historic Grade I listed Gardens at Holdenby, Cream Teas served in our Victorian Tearoom, Falconry Displays and garden tours with Head Gardener Mat Hughes. This is a great opportunity to get some insights into how a garden of this size and splendour is kept to such a high standard all year round.
On the Monday of the Fair we will have Children's Activities in the Stableyard and Garden. Children can come and create their own "Garden on a Plate" and also take part in a Treasure Hunt around the Gardens.
The Medieval Church of All Saints Holdenby will also be open on both days and visitors are welcome to look around and to spend some quiet time to reflect in beautiful surroundings.
Entrance to the Fair is £5 for Adults and £2.50 for Children and is open from 10am to 4pm each day.
